Settings is where you manage your CPQ3D account. You can update your company name and logo, see your credit balance and buy more credits, and control which websites are allowed to show your configurator.
Your company profile
Your company profile determines how your brand appears inside the 3D configurator and on the quote request emails your customers receive. Keeping this up to date ensures customers recognise your company when they get the confirmation email.
What you can update
- Company name — shown in the configurator header and in all customer-facing emails
- Logo — displayed inside the configurator and on quote confirmation emails
- Website URL — your main website address; also used as the default allowed domain for the configurator
Credits and billing
CPQ3D does not charge a monthly subscription. Instead, you pay per quote request — each time a visitor submits their details through your configurator, one credit is used. You start with 10 free credits (plus a surprise bonus of 10 more). When you need more, you buy a pack.
This means you only pay when the configurator is actually generating leads for you. No leads, no cost.
How credits work
- Free starter pack — your first 10 quote requests are completely free. No credit card required to start.
- Surprise bonus — once your free pack runs out, a bonus pack of 10 more activates automatically.
- Volume packs — after that, purchase packs starting from €3.50 per request. Larger packs cost less per request.
- Credits never expire — unused credits carry over indefinitely.
- FIFO order — packs are used in the order they were purchased (first in, first out).
How to buy more credits

Find this button in the billing section of your settings.

Choose a pack size
Larger packs have a lower cost per request. Pick the size that fits your expected volume.

Submit the request
You will receive an invoice by email.

Credits activate on payment
Once payment is confirmed, your credits are added and any held requests are released immediately.

Your embed codes
Your embed codes are the pieces of code that connect your website to your CPQ3D configurator. There are two: a widget code that adds "See in 3D" buttons to your product photos, and a direct configurator link that you can share anywhere.
These codes are unique to your account. Anyone who uses your code generates quote requests that appear in your dashboard and use your credits.
Widget code — "See in 3D" buttons on your website
Paste this once into your website. It automatically adds a "See in 3D" button on top of the product photos you selected during signup. Visitors click the button and the 3D configurator opens right on your page.
Direct configurator link — share anywhere
This is a web address (URL) that opens the configurator directly. You don't need to add it to your website — just copy the link and share it by email, WhatsApp, or as a button anywhere you like. It also works as a QR code.
Allowed websites
For security, the widget only works on websites you have explicitly approved. This prevents other websites from using your code and consuming your credits. Your own website is added automatically during signup.
