Billing

CPQ3D uses a pay-per-quote-request model. No subscriptions — you buy volume packs and use them at your own pace.

How it works

  • Free starter pack — Your first 10 quote requests are free. No credit card required.
  • Volume packs — When you need more, purchase packs starting from €3.50 per request.
  • FIFO usage — Packs are consumed in order (first in, first out).

Pack balance

Your current pack balance is shown at the top of the billing page and in your dashboard sidebar.

Purchasing a pack

    Click "Purchase Pack"

    Find the button in the billing section of your settings.

    Select a volume tier

    Choose the pack size that fits your needs.

  3. 3

    Submit the request

    You receive an invoice for the selected pack.

  4. 4

    Pack activated on payment

    Once payment is confirmed, the pack is activated and any held requests are released.

Common questions

Do credits expire?
No. Unused credits carry over indefinitely. There are no expiration dates on any pack.
Can I get a refund?
Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Contact [email protected].
How do I see my payment history?
View all past pack purchases and their status in the billing history section of your settings.
