# CPQ3D

> AI-powered 3D product configurators for outdoor-living dealers and manufacturers. Self-serve, embed with one script tag, no setup fees, no developers required. First 10 quote requests free.

CPQ3D (operated by Core BV, Belgium) turns static product photos on a dealer's website into interactive 3D configurators. End-customers design their own terrace roof, pergola, sunroom or pool, then submit a fully-specified quote request — dimensions, colours, options, contact details, AI-rendered preview — straight to the dealer's inbox.

The platform is designed around three audiences:

- **Outdoor-living dealers** — self-serve onboarding in ~5 minutes, single script tag embed, dashboard for incoming quote requests.
- **Manufacturers of premium outdoor structures** — branded configurators distributed to a dealer network (B2B2B). Manufacturer owns the product model; dealers embed it under their own brand.
- **AI agents and assistants** — CPQ3D is built to be AI-steerable. A public MCP (Model Context Protocol) server is on the roadmap so assistants like ChatGPT and Claude can quote, configure and hand off leads on a dealer's behalf.

CPQ3D is the successor to Virtual Sales Lab's legacy platform. The legacy domain virtualsaleslab.com 301-redirects to cpq3d.com.

## How onboarding works

A dealer goes from "never heard of CPQ3D" to live on their site in under 5 minutes, with no coding:

1. **Enter your website URL** on cpq3d.com. An AI scanner detects company name, logo, brand colours, and candidate product photos automatically.
2. **Pick which photos get a "See in 3D" button.** A yes/no picker walks through each detected product photo. The dealer explicitly approves which products become configurable — nothing goes live without consent.
3. **Paste one `<script>` tag.** The widget then injects the curated "See in 3D" buttons onto matching product images on every page. Works on any website (WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Webflow, custom).
4. **First 10 quote requests are free.** No credit card, no expiry. After that, a volume pack keeps the configurator active.

The same scanner+curation pipeline powers a live preview during onboarding, so the dealer sees exactly what visitors will see before pasting a single line of code.

## Pricing model (canonical reference)

- **First 10 quote requests: free.** No credit card, no trial expiry.
- **Volume packs** starting at €3.50 per request, lower per-request cost with larger packs. Dealers buy on demand; an invoice is sent, credits activate on payment.
- **FIFO debit:** quote requests draw down from the oldest active pack first.
- **Lead holding:** when credits run out, incoming quote requests are held safely (not lost) and released as soon as a new pack is paid.
- Dealer-facing copy uses **"quote requests"** consistently throughout the product. "Leads" is internal terminology only.
